This fantastic home is located on Aldama Street, one of the most photographed and picturesque streets in Mexico. The casa is only one short block to the Jardin, the heartbeat and center of San Miguel de Allende. There are over 50 wonderful restaurants to enjoy within walking distance. Come enjoy all the modern conveniences of home while enjoying the charm of Old Colonial Mexico.

Casa Carolina del Sur provides a unique vacation experience. The Centro neighborhood is quiet for Mexico with no bus traffic or loud establishments nearby …primarily a residential street that is safe and well-traveled. 

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a warm entry with fabulous Mexican folk art to greet you. Continue in and enjoy the fabulous fountain and beautifully landscaped main patio. A main living room with comfortable furnishings is a great place to gather and rest after a busy day. This room has a large flat screen television with cable TV that includes U.S. channels.

The modern, full-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliance, including a dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. Enjoy dining in the formal dining room or on one of the several outdoor terraces.  A lovely rooftop suited for margaritas & appetizers is a great option, Cheers! 

There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with a private bath and lots of outdoor living space to enjoy the fabulous weather in San Miguel de Allende. 

While the house is designed to sleep 6, it is equipped to entertain more for dinner or small parties. The house is staffed with a fabulous housekeeper, Berta, who works 5 days a week. Berta is the best, the “Jewel” of Casa Carolina del Sur. She is a great Mexican cook and you can enjoy many meals without leaving the casa.
